A New York Times report into Elon Musk’s secret compound for his big family — which is still growing — claimed that Elon offered to donate his sperm to Nicole Shanahan, the high-powered Silicon Valley attorney, who was the running mate of RFK Jr when he was an independent candidate in the presidential race. Then RFK supported Donald Trump and Nicole and Elon Musk are now both parts of the same camp. But when Elon made that offer of sperm donation, Shanahan turned him down.
The report said Elon’s offer to share his DNA went to many. At a dinner party held at the home of a well-known Silicon Valley executive last year, Musk offered to provide his sperm to a married couple he had met socially only a handful of times, according to two people who were present there.
The report said the couple had mentioned at the dinner that they were having trouble conceiving a child. Musk readily offered them help and boasted how many children he had.
The offer to Shanahan was made in the winter of 2022 when Shanahan said she had a fling with Musk but it was not an affair, she said.
In 2021, when Elon Musk was in a relationship with Grimes, Musk donated sperm to Shivon Zilis who became pregnant with twins through IVF. Zilis and Grimes, who had been friends, were pregnant together with Elon Musk’s children and they were taken to the same hospital at the same time for delivery, according to an authorized biography of Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson.
Elon Musk-Nicole Shanahan affair
It was widely reported that Elon Musk had a tryst with Nicole Shanahan which led her then-husband, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, to file for divorce. Shanahan denied affair but admitted to having sex with Elon.
Elon Musk has 12 children with three women — six kids with his first wife Justine Wilson, three with his ex-girlfriend Grimes and three with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
